OPINION AND ORDER: The Court GRANTS defendant's Motion to Abate 19 . Count Six of the Second Amended Complaint, and any determination of plaintiffs' duty to indemnify defendant as to the Underlying Claims, is stayed pending resoluti on of those Claims. Upon resolution of those Claims, the parties shall notify the Court and, within 21 days of that notice, file supplemental briefing regarding the impact of such resolution on this matter.
