ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO PROCEED IFP AND COLLECTING FILING FEE: The Court GRANTS Hunts Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (ECF No. #1 ). The Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) shall collect from Hunts trust account an initial partial filing fee in the amount of $95.48 and forward the funds to the Clerk of Court. ODOC shall collect the balance of the filing fee and forward the funds to the Clerk of Court. IT IS ORDERED that the Oregon Department of Corrections, Central Trust Unit, shall collect payments from the trust account of Plaintiff and shall forward those payments to the Clerk of the Court.
