January 17, 2023	Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff, an adult in custody at the Multnomah County Inverness Jail, filed suit under 42 U.S.C. 1983 and was granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). To effectuate service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to forward to plaintiff summonses and U.S. Marshals Instruction forms (USM-285). Plaintiff must complete a summons and instruction form for each defendant and return them to the Clerk of the Court, along with one copy of the summonses. Plaintiff is advised that he must insert the following in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" section of Form USM-285: "This defendant is sued in his/her individual capacity, therefore personal service is required." Upon receipt of the completed summonses and instruction forms, IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk shall issue process as to defendants.
