| Filing 16 MINUTES of Proceedings: Rule 16 Conference held before Magistrate Judge Andrew D. Hallman. The parties agreed to waive initial disclosures and the filing of the pretrial order, which the Court allows. The parties also agreed that Defendant Simplot will waive its Seventh Affirmative Defense (Arbitration) and that Defendant Express Personal will waive its Third Affirmative Defense (Agreement to Arbitrate) in exchange for Plaintiffs waiving their Jury Trial Demand. The Court accepts that agreement and will strike the Jury Demand in this case. Amend pleadings and join all parties by 3/3/2025. Liability Expert Statements must be completed by 3/5/2025. Discovery Motions filed by 5/19/2025. Discovery is to be completed by 6/2/2025. Consent to Jurisdiction by a Magistrate Judge, if any, is to be filed by 7/7/2025. Dispositive Motions are due by 7/7/2025. Joint Alternate Dispute Resolution Report is due by 7/7/2025. Damages expert disclosures 60 days after an opinion on dispositive motions. Craig A.
