With respect to Interrogatory No. 8, Defendants are ordered to provide the number of employees hired by Defendant Morrow County Health District ("MCHD"), the number of employees fired by MCHD, and - to the extent the information is reasonably accessiblethe reasons for those termination since January 1, 2019. MCHD is not required to produce personally identifiable information for those employees at this time. With respect to Interrogatory No. 11, MCHD is ordered to produce a list detailing the number of civil lawsuits and Bureau of Labor and Industries ("BOLI") complaints - including the complaint numbers - that have been filed against it since January 1, 2019. With respect to the privilege log issue, no resolution was reached at this time. Plaintiff may either file a new motion to compel that briefs that issue, or she may pursue an additional informal discovery dispute resolution conference to resolve it.
