I GRANT Defendants Renewed Motion for Judgment as aMatter of Law 202 as to their claims that penalty wages are capped at 100 percent of unpaid wages and that Ms. Galtela nd was not entitled to penalty wages for her alleged minimum wage violation. I DENY AS MOOT the defendants claim that penalty wages were inconsistently calculated. I DENY Defendants Motion For A New Trial or Remittitur 202 .
