Opinion and Order. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment 35 is granted in part and denied in part. Defendants' motion is granted as to plaintiff's claim for punitive damages and for constructive discharge against the individually named defendants. Plaintiff's claim for punitive damages and plaintiff's claim for constructive discharge against the individually named defendants are dismissed.
