The Court DENIES Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment as to Plaintiff's First and Second Claims to the extent that they allege a hostile work environment . The Court DENIES Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment as to Plaintiff's Third and Fourth Claims to the extent that they allege Defendant's failure to engage in the interactive process or otherwise to accommodate Plaintiff's actual disability with respect to the May 2008 recall.
