The County's Motion for Summary Judgment 69 is Granted in Part and Denied in Part. The motion is Granted with respect to Arigbon's pregnancy discrimination claims (the First and Sixth Claims for Relief) and retaliation claims (th e Third and Seventh Claims for Relief). The motion is Denied with respect to Arigbon's racial discrimination claims (the Second and Fifth Claims for Relief) and OFLA claim (Fourth Claim for Relief).
