OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons given above, I GRANT plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction (#5). I enjoin Mr. Prutsman from: (1) competing with ECA in violation of his noncompetition agreement; (2) misappropriating ECA's trade secrets; and (3) intentionally interfering with the economic relations between ECA and its clients.
