The Court DECLINES to adopt the Magistrate Judge's recommendation to deny Plaintiff's request for attorneys' fees and costs incurred as a result of Defendants' removal of this action to this Court. If the parties do not stipulate to attorneys' fees and costs by 12/30/2010, Plaintiff shall file no later than 1/7/2011, a motion for attorneys' fees and costs.
