Based on the stipulation of the parties, it is hereby ORDERED that attorney fees in the amount of $3255.25 will be awarded to Plaintiff in care of his attorneys pursu ant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412, payable after the satisfaction of Plaintiff's debts, if any, under Astrue v. Ratliff, 130 S. Ct. 2521 (2010). In addition, Plaintiff will be awarded $27.28 in postage expenses p ursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2412 and $5.40 in photocopying costs pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1920, payable after the satisfaction of Plaintiff's debts, if any, under Astrue v.
