OPINION AND ORDER. On April 17, 2013, plaintiff filed a motion for summary judgment 64 . Defendant Carol Rileys response to that motion was due on May 13, 2013. No response was filed. Accordingly, on May 15, 2013, I ordered 70 Ms. Riley to appear in writing within 21 days to show cause why summary judgment should not be entered against her. She failed to file a response. It is therefore ORDERED that plaintiffs motion for summary judgment is GRANTED.In addition, plaintiffs motion for default judgment as to defendants Philip L. Riley, Love to Give Foundation, Citibank NA, U.S. Bank National Association fka Firstar Bank NA dba Elan Card Services, and the State of Oregon 60 is GRANTED. Signed on 6/5/13 by Judge Michael W.
