Filing 74 OPINION AND ORDER. On April 17, 2013, plaintiff filed a motion for summary judgment 64 . Defendant Carol Rileys response to that motion was due on May 13, 2013. No response was filed. Accordingly, on May 15, 2013, I ordered 70 Ms. Riley to appear in writing within 21 days to show cause why summary judgment should not be entered against her. She failed to file a response. It is therefore ORDERED that plaintiffs motion for summary judgment is GRANTED.In addition, plaintiffs motion for default judgment as to defendants Philip L.
