Filing 153 Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law - Based on the evidence presented at trial, the Court finds that Plaintiffs have met their burden in proving that Defendant THS is liable under Section 113 of CERCLA. Further, the Court finds that THS is respon sible for 60 percent of past and future response costs incurred at the Property, and Plaintiffs are responsible for 40 percent of such costs. The Court orders the parties to submit a proposed judgment consistent with the Court's Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law within fourteen (14) days of this Opinion and Order.
