Filing 149 OPINION & ORDER: This case is remanded to the Forest Service for further proceedings consistent with this Opinion & Order, and the Project ROD and FEIS are vacated. Plaintiffs shall prepare an appropriate judgment consistent with this Opinion . Plaintiffs may incorporate the appellate costs taxed by this Court on September 2, 2014 134 in that judgment. After conferring with counsel for Defendants and Intervenors, Plaintiffs shall submit the proposed judgment to the Court for review within 14 days of the date below. If the parties cannot agree on a judgment, Plaintiffs should notify the Court, which will then schedule a telephone conference. Ordered by Judge Marco A. Hernandez. (mr) |
