OPINION AND ORDER. With these additional comments, I agree with Judge Hubel's Findings and Recommendation, including his disposition of defendant's Motion to Dismiss. Accordingly, I ADOPT Judge Hubel's Findings and Recommendation 46 . Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand Case to State Court 27 is DENIED.
