December 17, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 131 FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW. Defendants have violated the reccordkeeping, overtime, and anti-retaliation provisions of the FLSA. 29 U.S.C. §§ 207(a)(1), 211(c), 215(a)(3). Plaintiff is entitled to a monetary judgment in t he amount of $512,290.26. Plaintiff is also entitled to a permanent injunction enjoining Defendants from future violations of the FLSA. Plaintiff shall prepare a judgment in accordance with these Findings of Fact andConclusions of Law. Plaintiff shall confer with Defendants about the proposed judgment and if there is no objection, shall submit it to this Court for review.
