ORDER - No party having made objections, this Court follows the recommendation of the Advisory Committee and reviews Judge Papak's Findings and Recommendation for clear error on the face of the record. No such error is apparent. Accordin gly, the Court ADOPTS Judge Papak's Findings and Recommendation, Dkt. 56 . The summary judgment motions filed by Defendants (Dkts. 29 , 32 , & 35 ) are GRANTED. The City Defendants' evidentiary objections are overruled and Plaintiff's request for judicial notice is granted in part. This case is DISMISSED. Signed on 8/25/2014 by Judge Michael H. Simon. (mja)
