Opinion and Order: The Court GRANTS the FBI's Motion 5 to Dismiss as set forth in the attached Opinion and Order. Plaintiff may file an amended complaint no later than December 2, 2013, to cure the deficiencies noted above as to serv ice on Agent Fowler, Plaintiff's claims against Agent Fowler, and Plaintiff's claim(s) for disability, age, and/or race discrimination. The Court advises Plaintiff that failure to file an amended complaint and to cure the deficiencies set out in this Opinion and Order by December 2, 2013, shall result in dismissal of this matter with prejudice.
