OPINION & ORDER: Defendants BANA's motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim 28 is granted. Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed with prejudice against Defendants BANA. Defendant Quality Loan's motion to set aside the entr y of default and dismiss 44 is also granted. Plaintiff may file an amended complaint against Quality Loan within 30 days of this order.
