TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER: Defendants are prohibited from suspending the payment of benefits to Plaintiffs from 4:00 p.m. on March 26, 2014 until 2:00 p.m. on April 8, 2014, the time of the hearing for Plaintiffs' motion for a prelimina ry injunction.
