No such error is apparent. Accordi ngly, the Court ADOPTS Judge Acosta's Findings and Recommendation, ECF 69 . Plaintiff's motion for attorney's fees (ECF 63 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff is awarded attorney's fees in the amount of $3,463.25. Plaintiff's cost bill (ECF 62 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff is awarded $806.50 in costs. Signed on 9/29/2016 by Judge Michael H. Simon. January 7, 2016	Filing 35 OPINION and ORDER - The court finds Sager substantially violated the Orders and is in contempt of court. The court further finds Dallas is entitled to recover costs reasonably incurred with regard to its successful motion to compel Sager's depos ition testimony. Dallas is directed to file an itemization of the expenses, including attorney fees, incurred with regard to the October Order within thirty days of the date of this Opinion.
