ORDER: Mr. Chromy's motion for reconsideration #6 of the Court's denial of his motion for pro bono counsel is denied. He does not present any newly discovered evidence, show the Court made a clear error or that the initial decision was manifestly unjust, nor identify any intervening change in controlling law. Smith v. Clark Cnty. Sch. Dist., 727 F.3d 950, 955 (9th Cir. 2013). For the reasons previously stated, the Court will not appoint pro bono counsel at this time. Mr. Chromy may submit an amended complaint to address the deficiencies identified in Opinion & Order #5 within 30 days of this Order. Ordered by Judge Marco A. Hernandez.
