No such error is apparent. Accordi ngly, the Court ADOPTS Judge Acosta's Findings and Recommendation, ECF 30 . Plaintiff's motion for attorney's fees (ECF 25 ) and bill of costs (ECF 24 ) are GRANTED. Plaintiff is awarded attorney's fees in the amount of $1,484.95 and costs in the amount of $455 in costs.
