If the BOP does not hold second disciplinary hearing within 60 days of the date of this Order which cures the due process violation identified above, respondent shall ex punge petitioner's conviction for the Code lllA charge, restore his 41 days of good-time credit, and relieve him from any other sanctions that may stem from that conviction.
