April 30, 2018	Filing 14 Opinion and Order - Because Plaintiff has established that the new evidence she wishes to add to the administrative record is material, and because she has demonstrated good cause for not presenting the new evidence earlier, Plaintiff's motion f or REMAND under sentence six of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (ECF 11 ) is GRANTED. Although this case will be closed in the interim, the Court shall retain jurisdiction over this matter in the event the subsequent decision by the Commissioner is appealed to this Court.
