Opinion and Order - Defendant's motion to dismiss (ECF 7 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed without prejudice. If Plaintiff can allege facts from which a reasonable juror could conclude that Defendant discriminated against Plaintiff or denied him services on the basis of a disability, Plaintiff may file an Amended Complaint to that effect not later than April 6, 2018.
