July 24, 2018	Filing 69 OPINION & ORDER: Dallas School District No. 2, Federal Defendants, and Basic Rights Oregon's motions to dismiss 30 31 49 are GRANTED. The Court finds that Plaintiffs cannot plausibly re-allege their claims and that any amendment wo uld be futile. For the reasons discussed above, the Court dismisses with prejudice all of Plaintiffs' claims. Accordingly, Plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction is DENIED as moot. Filing 69 OPINION & ORDER: Dallas School District No. 2, Federal Defendants, and Basic Rights Oregon's motions to dismiss 30 31 49 are GRANTED. The Court finds that Plaintiffs cannot plausibly re-allege their claims and that any amendment wo uld be futile. For the reasons discussed above, the Court dismisses with prejudice all of Plaintiffs' claims. Accordingly, Plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction is DENIED as moot.
