Opinion and Order. The Court DENIES 605 Canada's Motions (# 70 , # 108 ) for Summary Judgment, GRANTS Canfor's Cross-Motion (# 79 ) for Summary Judgment as to Canfor's Counterclaim No. 4 against West Linn for breach of contract, and D ENIES Canfor's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment in all other respects. The Court DIRECTS the parties to confer and to file no later than October 29, 2018, a joint proposed case-management plan that includes mutually agreeable dates for trial and an estimate of the length of trial.
