ORDER - No party having made objections, this Court follows the recommendation of the Advisory Committee and reviews Judge Papak's Findings and Recommendation for clear error on the face of the record. No such error is apparent. Accordin gly, the Court ADOPTS Judge Papak's Findings and Recommendation, ECF 33 . State Farm's Motion for Order to Discharge Plaintiff from Further Liability and Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs (ECF 20 ) is GRANTED. All claims and liability related to the State Farm Policy are discharged with prejudice and State Farm is entitled to attorney's fees and costs in a reasonable amount to be determined by the Magistrate Judge.
