Plaintiff's request for supplemental fees under EAJA (ECF 33 ) is granted in part. Plaintiff is awarded $970.19 in fees. If it is determi ned that Plaintiff's EAJA fees are not subject to any offset allowed under the Department of the Treasury's Offset Program, as discussed in Astrue v.
