IT IS ORDERED that the Columbia County Sheriff shall collect from plaintiffs trust account an initial partial filing fee in the amount of $164.50 and forward the funds to the Clerk of the Court. The Columbia County Sheriff shall collect the balance of the filing fee and forward the funds to the Clerk of the Court, in accordance with the formula set forth above.
