ORDER: In a May 20, 2019 Opinion & Order, ECF 5, this Court dismissed Plaintiffs Amended Complaint, ECF 4. The Court granted Plaintiff leave to amend with a deadline of June 3, 2019 (14 days from the May 20, 2019 Opinion & Order) for Plaintiff to file an amended pleading. Based on a telephone request from Plaintiff, the Court later extended the due date for the amended pleading to June 14, 2019. ECF 6. Plaintiff has failed to file an amended pleading by the due date.
