(Withdrawn) Findings & Recommendations: Pro se plaintiff Anthony Gabry filed a complaint and an unsigned application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP application) on August 9, 2019. ECF #2 . The court denied the IFP application and ordered Gabry to submit a signed amended IFP application or pay the $400 filing fee by August 27, 2019. ECF # 5 . Gabry failed to submit a signed amended IFP petition by that date. On September 16, 2019, Gabry was contacted by the clerk's office and reminded to submit a signed amended IFP application. To date, Gabry has not responded to the court's order (ECF # 5 ) or submitted a signed amended IFP petition. Therefore, this action should be dismissed without prejudice. These Findings and Recommendations will be referred to a district judge. Objections, if any, are due Tuesday, October 15, 2019. If no objections are filed, then the Findings and Recommendations will go under advisement on that date. If objections are filed, then a response is due within 14 days after being served with a copy of the objections.
