Filing 13 ORDER: The summons issued as to Alana Bruns #12 is stricken under Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(b) because it lists an incorrect address and incomplete zip code. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(a)(2), this Court will permit Plaintiff to file an amended summons for reissuance. Plaintiff is directed to file an amended summons as to Alana Bruns that complies with the requirements of Fed. R. Civ. P. 4 and LR 4-2, and is properly addressed, no later than Friday, November 1. The Court also notes that Plaintiff has not filed summons as to the other defendants.
