Initial Disclosures exchanged no later than 1/10/20; responsive disclosures exchanged no later than 1/24/20. All Discovery is to be completed by 2/28/2020. The last date to file any fact discovery motion is 2/10/20, and responses to such motions are due no later than seven (7) calendar days after the initiating motion is filed; no replies are permitted for discovery motions. Joint Alternate Dispute Resolution Report is due 3/13/2020. Joint Status Report is due by 3/13/2020 regarding dispositive motions.
