ORDER OF DISMISSAL: Plaintiffs filed their complaint and began this action on January 22, 2020. [ECF 1]. No filing fee was paid nor was an application to proceed in forma pauperis submitted at that time. On January 27, 2020, I ordered Plaintiffs to either pay the required filing fee or to submit an application to proceed in forma pauper is, should they wish to continue with this case. [ECF 3]. I gave them thirty days to do so. Id. To date, Plaintiffs have neither paid the filing fee nor filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis. Therefore, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice. ORDER: A party seeking to institute a civil action shall pay a filing fee of $400.00, a figure which includes a $50.00 Judicial Administrative Fee. An action may proceed without the prepayment of a filing fee only upon a proper application to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiffs have neither submitted the filing fee nor moved to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, should Plaintiffs wish to continue with this case, they must submit the requisite filing fee or an application to proceed in forma pauperis within 30 days of the date of this Order. Plaintiffs' failure to do so shall result in the dismissal of this proceeding. The Clerks office shall mail a copy of the in forma pauperis application to Plaintiffs. Ordered by Judge Michael W.
