The last date to file any fact discovery motion is 12/1/2020, and responses to such motions are due no later than seven (7) calendar days after the initiating motion is filed; no replies are permitted for discovery motions. Plaintiff's expert reports shall be served by 1/21/2021. Defendants' expert reports shall be served by 2/22/2021. Plaintiff's rebuttal reports, if any, shall be served by 3/8/2021. Defendants' rebuttal reports, if any, shall be served by 3/22/2021. Expert Discovery to be completed by 5/7/2021. The last date to file any expert discovery motion is 4/21/2021, and responses to such motions are due no later than seven (7) calendar days after the initiating motion is filed; no replies are permitted for discovery motions Joint Alternate Dispute Resolution Report is due by 1/8/2021. Joint Status Report is due by 1/8/2021 regarding dispositive motions. Parties to indicate why they are warranted, on what grounds, if the parties are in agreement and a proposed schedule. If the parties indicate that no dispositive motions will be filed, parties shall indicate in the Joint Status Report a Pretrial Order and Trial Date. Parties should allow 6 weeks from the filing of the Pretrial Order to a proposed trial date. Pretrial Order and jointly proposed Verdict form is due (if dispositive motions are filed) by 6/15/2021.
