Plaintiffs Western States Center, Inc., The First Unitarian Church of Portland, Oregon, Sara D. Eddie, Oregon State Rep. Karin A. Power and Oregon State Rep. Janelle S. Bynum filed a complaint for injunctive and declaratory relief against Defendants U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Federal Protective Service, and the U.S. Marshals Service alleging that the performance of traditional law enforcement activities by the defendants violated the 10th Amendment and violated the First Amendment right of free exercise.
