ORDER: Petitioner Darryl William Young ("Young"), an individual in custody at FDC Sheridan, brings this habeas corpus proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 ("Section 2241"). In the interests of justice, this Court appoints the Federal Public Defender, 101 S.W. Main Street, Suite 1700, Portland, Oregon 97204, to represent Young in this proceeding. See 18 U.S.C. 3006A(a)(2)(B) (instructing that "representation may be provided for any financially eligible person who... is seeking relief under Section 2241"). The Clerk is directed to send the Federal Public Defender a copy of the Petition. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Young shall submit the $5.00 filing fee or move to proceed in forma pauperis.
