ORDER: The Court DENIES Plaintiff's Application for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #2 and DISMISSES Plaintiff's Complaint #1 for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiff must either pay the filing fee or file an amended IFP application within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order. If Plaintiff files an amended application, he must disclose the required financialinformation. If Plaintiff does not pay the filing fee or file an amended application by the deadline indicated here, the action will be dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff may also file an amended complaint, curing the deficiencies noted above, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. Plaintiff is advised that failure to file an amended complaint which cures the deficiencies noted shall result in the dismissal of this proceeding for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
