Filing 5 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. The Court's examination of Thomas' application to proceed in forma pauperis reveals that Thomas is unable to afford the filing fee, and therefore the Court GRANTS Thomas' Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (ECF No. #1 ). However, the Court ORDERS Thomas to show cause why the Court should not dismiss this case for failure to state a claim. Thomas may do so by filing an amended complaint stating a civil cause of action. Failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause by 10/26/2020 will result in the Court's dismissal of this case.
