AMENDED DEFAULT JUDGMENT. Based upon the Court's Opinion and Order [ECF 20] and Plaintiff's Motion to Amend [ECF 22], the Court ENTERS judgment against Defendant Concordia University. The Court orders that Plaintiff Sodexo America, LLC recover from Defendant Concordia University the total amount of $641,585.99, including $552,296.02 of the original investment, $63,461.07 in unpaid interest, $24,376.00 in attorney fees, and $1,452.90 in costs.
