May 18, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER consolidating this case with lead cases 3:20-cv-00712-SB and 3:20-cv-01379-SB, and STAYING any further litigation under this case number. Until further order of the Court, counsel shall docket any filings related to the consolidated cases only in the lead case (3:20-cv-00712-SB), or in the second lead case if the filing relates only to pretrial detainee petitioners. The briefing in these two lead cases will address threshold legal and factual issues common to the consolidated cases. The Court will not address any motions for compassionate release in these consolidated habeas cases, and the Court has requested that the Federal Public Defender provide all petitioners in these consolidated cases with information about how to file a separate motion for compassionate release, if appropriate.
