Filing 7 ORDER OF DISMISSAL - Plaintiffs Brian Hagedorn ("Hagedorn"), proceeding pro se, and Hagedorn Communications, which Hagedorn also purports to represent, brings this action against numerous government officials. On September 22, 2021, U.S. Magistrate Judge John V. Acosta issued an Order to Amend (ECF No. #6 ) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2) requiring Plaintiffs to file an amended complaint curing the deficiencies in the complaint and noted in the Court's Order within thirty days. Judge Acosta advised Plaintiffs that if they failed to file an amended complaint within the time provided, this action would be dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiffs did not file an amended complaint within the thirty-day period, or otherwise request an extension of time in which to do so. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED, without prejudice. IT IS SO ORDERED. DATED this 27th day of October, 2021, by United States District Judge Michael W.
