Filing 5 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: The Clerk's Office sent a Case Assignment Notice to the self-represented plaintiff on November 2, 2021, which was returned as undeliverable. (ECF No. #4 .) "Every attorney admitted to general or special practice, and every unrepresented party, has a continuing responsibility to notify the Clerk's Office whenever his or her mailing address, telephone number, and/or business e-mail address changes." LR 83-10(a). The Court therefore orders the plaintiff to show cause, in writing, by November 29, 2021 explaining why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute and update his address.
