The Court advises Plaintiff that failure to do so will result in the dismissal of this action. The Court DENIES Plaintiff's Motion for Appointment of Counsel (ECF No. #3 ) because Plaintiff has not demonstrated that exceptional circumstances exist to warrant appointment.
