ORDER: Granting Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis #1 . Sheriff Michael Reese (Reese) shall collect from Plaintiffs trust account an initial partial filing fee in the amount of $7.70 and forward the funds to the Clerk of Court. Reese shall collect the balance of the filing fee and forward the funds to the Clerk of Court, in accordance with the formula set forth above, until a total of $350.00 has been collected and forwarded to the Court.
