ORDER: Plaintiff's Application for Leave to Proceed IFP, ECF #2 , is GRANTED. However, this Court determines that it lacks subject matter jurisdiction over this action. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Complaint, ECF #1 , is DISMISSED without prejudice. Plaintiff is allowed 14 days from the date of this order to amend her claims against Defendant by filing a complaint that complies with the requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a) and includes all of the facts necessary to support the elements of her legal claim. Plaintiff is advised that failure to file an amended complaint as ordered will result in dismissal of this action. Plaintiff's Motion for Appointment of Counsel, ECF #3 , is also DENIED.
