ORDER - The Court GRANTS the parties' joint motion for order re: Rule 16(F) scheduling (ECF #8 ) as follows: (a) file all pleadings, join all claims, complete discovery, and confer as to ADR by May 1, 2023; (b) dispositive motions are due by June 1, 2023; and (c) a joint ADR report and proposed pretrial order are due by June 30, 2023. ORDER - No party may file a motion to compel discovery without prior leave of Court. If a discovery dispute remains after the parties have conferred thoroughly and in good faith, any party may contact the Courtroom Deputy to schedule a discovery telephone conference with the Court.
